Flavors may include the following: Wild Blueberry, Cranberry Apple, Apple Cinnamon, Pecan Cinnamon, Cherry Pecan, Cherry Almond, or Apple Pecan. Each packet is made with our famous fresh rolled organic oats. They are salt free and we DO NOT add any sugar.
